Aviajohn’s Kitchen was exactly what I needed for my sister’s late father reception/wake. Even though the food was delivered late, the food was delicious. All guests including myself were satisfied. Plus the price of the food was accommodated. Thank you again Aviajohn’s Kitchen.

Growning up in a single parent home in Jamaica. My mom would go to work and I would prepare dinner for the family when I get home from school. I would watch my mom eat the meal I prepare and the satisfaction on her face (memories). This is when I discovered my passion for cooking. I came to america and went to culinary school and I have over 12 years of experience. I have worked with old, young and in between. I take pride in learning about each of my clients personality, their likes and dislikes. Cooking for me is not just a career. It is a way of life. My best day is knowing that my client are 100% satisfied.
