I remodeled my house before I moved in and Fred was by far the best contractor I hired. He had great ideas for my house that added a lot of value. He installed a few outlets, lights, exhaust fans and heated floors in my bathroom, and fixed the wine cooler that was attached to the same switch as the lights in the kitchen. I was able to schedule him within a week and he was very good about cleaning up after himself when he was done. Everything looks great!

BEWARE OF THIS PERSON, I HIRE THIS GUY TO INSTALL FEW LIGHTS AND A FAN AT MY HOUSE AND WE PAID HIM THE 50% OF THE AGREEMENT AND HE DID BAD INSTALL ATION AND REFUSED TO CORRECTED THEM, AFTER THAT HE SENT ME A TEXT MESSAGE THAT HE WILL NOT CONTINUE WITH THE JOB. HE IS A SCAMMER AND HE STOLE 2 FRONT LIGHTS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE REPLACED. I WILL MAKE A REPORT AGAINST HIM. AND I HAVE PICTURES OF THE INCOMPLETE JOB. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!
Three 52” ceiling fans in bedrooms. One ceiling fan in 14ft loft area. One 52” ceiling fan on porch. New outlet behind refrigerator.
Let’s start off with punctuality, the agreed time was 0930-1000hrs and the gentleman named Anvar pulled up at my driveway at 0925hrs, very much appreciated. He was extremely polite and had ALL the tools ready on hand. We went over on what exactly I needed to be done and he gave me a quote that I immediately asked him if he could do it at the moment. He said yes, and began to work... what caught my attention, punctuality, attention to detail, professionalism, communication, cleanliness, value and job well executed. Very happy with it.
I’m very pleased with the work I had done. Fred was punctual and ready to get to work. I really like that he wanted my input of placement before he started cutting into the ceiling. Added before and after pictures. I highly recommend hiring him for the best price and his flexibility for time frame.
Farit did great job installing new wiring for a large family room in a two story house. He was on time and finished the job quickly even though multiple issues came up. I highly recommend him.
Far it did a great job on our Christmas lights. Very punctual and professional. He completely the job under a hour that took me 2 Days last year. Also his price was very worth the value! He also figured out a way to easily solve a problem I had with the hooks falling off.
Great quality work for a reasonable price. Installed a light in my closet and hanging lights over kitchen island.
Farit did a great job installing NEMA 14-50 outlet for the EV charger. Arrived on time, provided his quote and delivered as promised. Reasonable price. Will use his service again.
I hired Farit to run new outdoor electrical cable, install outlets, and install a new outdoor tv. He was professional, courteous, and very affordable. I would highly recommend Farit to anyone looking for a quality electrician.
