Did an excellent job. Resolved the problem quickly.
Oscar was a pleasure to work with! Thank you for getting the job done to perfection. Appreciate you!
Oscar is the one! He is very professional and patient with the task at hand. He went above and beyond, he doubles check all his work and makes sure everything is in order! He doesn’t cut no corners and will tell you what is needed for the job to be 100% complete! I will definitely hire him again in the future. Thank u again Oscar!!
Amazing came to our house at 9 pm the same day and charged a very fair price. Highly recommended!
Oscar was amazing to work with! Prompt arrival, personable, professional, and took his time enduring each job was done properly. He installed a couple of lighting fixtures as well as moved an outlet location on my wall. Great communication throughout the entire process, I’d highly recommend him to others!
Oscar was prompt and professional. I won’t hesitate to use him again. I can tell you some stories about dealing with electricians lately and Demand Load exceed my expectations!
He once postponed his appointment, and the second time he did not come. I waisted 3 days.
Oscar responded quickly, was able to actually come today, in the same day from when I reached out to him, and was even a few minutes early. He was very professional, looked at a few other ideas around the house for new projects, without seeming in a hurry to get going, etc. He was able to remove an old floodlight above the front door and install a Ring Floodcam in its place perfectly, no issues. I am definitely having him come back to do some more work in the coming days, highly recommend!
I have only good things to say about Oscar. He arrived exactly the time we agreed on. Our building is very old and has odd wiring but he fixed the problems and installed four light fixtures successfully, despite the unusual electrical wiring issues. He was very respectful, professional, and friendly. Would 100% hire him again for future projects and definitely recommend!
