Reviews
Jake was on time and careful with the surroundings. Took care to make sure there were no leaks and cleaned up when finished. Good job!
I had a great experience with this company. They were able to come out the same day I called, which was a huge relief. Communication throughout the process was excellent—they kept me informed about estimated arrival time and clearly explained the issue and solution. The plumber was respectful and kind from start to finish. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was completed properly. It's refreshing to work with a company that values both quality service and customer care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.
Our toilet repair was not an emergency, and yet we needed it done before the weekend, when we are having guests. AX Plumbing responded right away and we had it fixed the next morning. Our plumber was professional and friendly.
They followed up with an early morning appointment which was important because clean-up couldn't begin until the drain was cleared. They seemed a bit higher cost wise than other quotes, but timeliness matter more. Was disappointed that he did not have what was needed on his truck to make sure the downstairs stool was actually working.
