Great moving company. I was able to get movers out kind of last minute for a very fair price. The movers were professional and handled my things carefully and helped make sure my things arrived safely and were placed where I wanted them in my new home. They even took care of the little things I didn’t even think about which really just made things go very smoothly with move. If I ever move again I’d definitely hire them again.

AY Moving SAVED THE DAY!!! 2 of us were trying to move a full house load of boxes and furniture to my new home and quickly realized we couldn't do it. I jumped online found AY Moving, and they saved us! They were there in about 2 hours... with my ladt minute request! They handled my belongings like they belonged to their mothers! When I move again I will 100% be going with AY Moving! How them now!!! I was very generous with my tip and hope everyone else is!
When someone tells you they have a piano to move make sure it can actually be moved and dont show up 3.5 hrs late and then not move piano... tell the customer you''ll be back to move it another day.. what if i had to actually be out of that house on move date ..thankfully i didnt. but now have to be put out to find new paino movers and waste more time and spend even more money.. not happy at all with this
I hired Alex and his team for a 2-part moving job. Booking was easy, they were very responsive. On the day of the move they ran late — luckily I planned accordingly and was able to pivot to accommodate the delay. They moved the first items well, they covered and protected them — however my bed wasn’t so lucky. My slats were not back to original condition. Luckily, it’s hidden but what bothered me most is I wasn’t told about it. I had to “discover” it during my inspection post move. The next round of moves, it was a different team. They came slightly after scheduled time but within 15mins so no big deal there although it would have been nice considering they were delayed the first round that this second round they’d be early. The second trip has more price and sensitive items including my washer and dryer. After inspection, post delivery, it was evident that these items were not wrapped or secured by blankets as they did my first load. There were scratches on my brand new dryer. I decided to just let it go because I was exhausted as a single mom having to move in two phases and work full time. I’m sharing in my review for two reasons: 1. I am a type-A personality and made the preparations for this move to ensure they had nothing extra to do except to move the items. 2. Honesty is HUGE for me — if they knew they accidentally scratched it because they missed covering the machines, they should have said something. That bothered me and I think it’s important that success is built on honesty. People will always understand and appreciate the truth. Discovering this on my own was no fun. Last but not least and the reason why I gave a 3 rating is because they missed an entire room (my office had bags that I had clearly pointed out). I trusted that they had everything and didn’t think I had to double check them (that’s on me) — So please, take this advice: inspect before they load, ensure alignment on protection (wrapping), and do a final walk through to ensure everything you requested was done as agreed. Since I didn’t want any problems I hired a different company to come and clear the last room and moved on. To the AY, I think I did my best to set you up for success with the move. Paid extra for the gas and heavy items, and tipped because I trusted I was getting what I requested. Thank you for all you did and I hope you receive this feedback as a point for learning and raising the bar in your service. You are a good crew and this little tweak will make you even better.

Leo and Josef were very professional, efficient, and careful with all of our belongings. Everything was properly wrapped and handled with great attention, and nothing was damaged during the move. Even though it was a short distance move, the team worked hard the entire time and maintained a positive, helpful attitude throughout the move.

This company is completely unprofessional. One person showed up in slides the move my house. They showed up late even though I paid a deposit. They did not countmy deposit toward the final fee. They broke my TV standand then blamed it on being cheap. when I asked if they were gonna reimburse me for the TV stand they turn around and tried to charge me an additional $80 dollars for 1 heavy item. I had to argue that there was no contract and that those charges were not explained up front. I had to say that I wasn't gonna make a big deal about my broken furniture to get them to take the additional $80 fee off. Completely horrible experience.
Alex, Yaro and Seva were excellent movers in every way. From the initial contact, they stayed in touch with us. We did not know how long the job would be, and it was a much bigger job than we had anticipated.Alex and his men adapted to the more time that was required. They were careful to wrap furniture that was going into storage to protect it, as well as to handle all possessions with care. Although the company is relatively new, all three men are true professionals and made what could have been a difficult moving experience a much easier and positive one. We recommend them highly.
I’m so grateful for this team! My mover didn’t show up and I only had today to move all my furniture and things to storage. I didn’t think I would find anyone willing to help such short notice. AY Moving Team LLC answered me right away and saved the day! They were so communicative all day, giving me updates because they were able to squeeze me in the evening after all their scheduled clients. They were so professional and efficient and provided a very large truck.
