I’ve been very pleased with the work that Ayan has completed in my Condo. He seems to have skills in multiple areas. He has been good about showing up at the date / time we agreed on with the tools necessary for the specific fix required.

Ayan dishwasher repair. Ayoob was Very easy to work with. He told us it could be two issues to resolve our problem. He did the lest expensive repair, we waited 2 days and that wasn’t the main issue. He came right back the next day he removed the other part, it was faulty, ordered the part, came right back, and installed the part. Works great. He knew what he was doing, worked quickly and cleaned up everything.
Aryan came out very quickly after hours to help me with my washing machine, he quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution to get my washing machine working again! Would call again without a thought.
I did not hire due to the request of 50% of quote as a deposit. Thier concern was getting the remainder of payment after the job completion. My concern was not ever hearing from them again should I have given the requested deposit. Standard 25-30% was offered, he declined, so no hire. Be leary of any contractor asking foe 50% deposit. ***Up date*** After posting my review Ayan messaged back very disrepectful. His response to my review is false. I'm posting the conversation for any with interest in hiring this crew.
Could not have had a better experience with this pro! Immediate response, super professional, and took time to make sure the job was perfect. But wait, there’s more…he cleaned up the work space and left the area better than it was on arrival! Five stars!
