We're extremely disappointed with the service, or rather the lack of service, from this company. If zero stars were possible, that is what we'd give. They misdiagnosed the water leak, performed only minimal work despite quoting an extensive repair and once finished, the same leak originally on the cold line began appearing on the hot line. Even after a second leak detection company confirmed the issue location was unchanged, they denied any responsibility and attempted to charge even more to fix the problem they created. This was very unethical and I strongly do not recommend this company.
