The works showed up, listened and even when I made a mistake in my directions they were polite and were able to complete the task. I WILL HIRE AGAIN when other projects come up

We are stoked with our new T&G patio ceiling. I'll upload photos after the painters finish our home. They were professional, punctual, did a great job, and the price was fair. We've hired contractors in the past who would make design decisions without asking what we wanted, which almost always turned out to be the opposite of what we would have wanted. Not with AZ Roofingworks! Rik would give me options, give his feedback, and let me decide before he installed something. I very much appreciated being given options multiple times during our project. We would absolutely hire these guys again and refer them to anyone.
Emailed the plans and then never responded to any more of my messages. It would be nice if these companies could have the decency and respect to just respond and say the job is too big for them or they are not interested instead of just ignoring you.
An appt was made for a small roof repair, they didn’t call to reschedule or show up for the appt.
Austin was incredible. I was attempting to sell my home and the buyers had a roof inspection done, and the roofing company they hired wanted me to replace 2/3 of a 10 year old roof due to some broken tiles. I called Austin based on the reviews here and he offered to look at the inspection report over the weekend. He told me that at first glance the recommended repair from the other roofer was unreasonable. He promised to swing by first thing Monday - and he did and confirmed minor repairs were all that was required. He also talked to the buyer agent to explain why this was the recommended route and helped us reach an agreement. Finally the crew showed up, made the repairs and have me ready to close on time! Thank you!!
Have not seen enough to make a comment yet.
These guys came in and replaced a wall! They had my roof on stilts and replaced a WHOLE WALL! I have never seen something like that before! They replaced the whole wall! Anyways I was pretty azed with their services. I would recommend them highly for future projects. Ps... They replaced the whole wall!
I'm writing today because I had a great experience with Austin, who came out to my house to look at my project. To my surprise, he told me that I could do this project myself. That is DIDN'T need his services. THAT is a rare response in today's world, where everyone is hustling for a buck. I am grateful for Austin taking the time to come out, I am grateful for his free insights (multiple), and I appreciate him being honest about the work parameters needed and my capacity to do them myself. Thank you, Austin!!! You rock!!!
Talked with him on Tuesday and the job was completed on Wednesday. The work performed was excellent.
Provided a very thorough inspection and estimates, very happy with the amount of detail they reported. Looking forward to completing the project with their team!
Great work!
Austin arrived on time. He was very honest in his assessment of my attic and told me it was structurally sound and no repairs were needed. I was very grateful for his candidness and professionalism. I will be calling him when we need a new roof!
Got an estimate to replace a piece of Siding and some trim for $700 for maybe an hour worth of work materials might be $50 these guys are just trying to rape people my advice is do your research before hiring anyone and never hire AZ roofing
