They reached out within minutes and came same day! Affordable. Fast. I had a 300 lb vanity that they brought up 2 flights of stairs within minutes! I didn’t think it was possible.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this moving company. What should have been a straightforward moving experience turned into a stressful, costly, and completely unacceptable ordeal. I hired them at the last minute, and I genuinely regret that decision. The movers abandoned the job before it was completed, refusing to unload any of my belongings from the U-Haul truck and bring them into my new apartment. They left the truck completely full, leaving me to deal with the consequences of their unprofessionalism and failure to complete the service I hired them to perform. To make matters worse, they attempted to blame the situation on a lack of communication regarding the service elevator being out of order. That excuse is simply not true. I was transparent from the beginning that the service elevator was unavailable and clearly explained that we would need to use the passenger elevator and stairs. I even showed the movers thumbtack information to stated we had to use the Personal elevator. All of this information was documented in the Thumbtack app. There was no excuse for acting surprised or refusing to complete the job. On top of abandoning the move, multiple items were damaged during the process, including a headboard that was cracked in several places and a table. So, not only was the job left unfinished, but I was also left dealing with damaged furniture and the additional stress of an already difficult moving day. The level of accountability, professionalism, and customer service I experienced was completely unacceptable. When you hire a moving company, you expect them to show up, communicate appropriately, handle your belongings with care, and finish the job they agreed to do. Unfortunately, this company failed on every one of those fronts. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Think carefully before hiring them. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. No customer should have to deal with this level of frustration, disappointment, and unnecessary stress when paying for a professional moving service.
They were so quick with responding and willing to work with my budget, especially as a last minute request to move heavy boxes to the second floor. They were super friendly worked so quick they were in and out within 10 minutes.
It wasn’t the easiest job but they were able to pull it off.
They were great, responded super fast, arrived on time, were able to move our item very efficiently, and gave us a fair price.
It was a pleasure dealing with B & B Home Solutions. They were punctual, professional and easy to work with. I had them go my old house, my storage unit, and then to my new place. Great movers to hire!
