Benel installed my smart lock and taught me how to use it via the app. He also arrived on the dot and was responsive and professional. I was contemplating getting a handyman to install this but realised handymans can install a dead bolt but might mess up the technical functionality of the lock. Good thing i chose a locksmith who has experience with smart locks.
