Brandon was terrific! He was very professional, punctual and thorough. It was refreshing to have someone do work at my home that had pride in his work. I am very very happy with everything he did! Here's a new update. I sent Brandon a message this week (9/14) asking for help with a few small projects again and now he won't even give me the courtesy of a reply. I'm moving and need help quickly with these small items and reached out to someone that I thought could help, yet no response. I'm really very disappointed.

I hired Brad to install two ring doorbells and to change the lightbulbs and my floodlights. He changed th bulbs that was done great. The ring camera in the front was not installed properly and I’ve contacted him multiple times because he’s supposed to come back out with the proper tools and fix it. he always says he’ll be out that week and weeks have gone by and he doesn’t show. The main problem here is communication. He has a lack of communication with his customers, which is not a good thing he claims he’s coming this weekend to fix it. I will believe it when I see it. I paid him $175 for this and I hope he comes and gets it taken care of if you’re coming to install a Ring doorbell you should have all the necessary tools to do because sometimes you may have to use a hand saw to make things fit instead this was just screwed on top of the old cut out, which was not big enough. It looks like crap. 🤞
Brandon was on time with every interaction. He sought me the best deal and he exceeded my project expectation for excellence.
