We had an amazing holiday party at our home catered by Chef Lauren. The food, service and entire party were a hit and all of our guests had a fabulous time. Chef Lauren and her team had all the details covered and did a terrific job!

Chef Lauren was an absolute pro. Incredibly responsive, making sure that no detail no matter how small was overlooked. She was precise, communicative, on top of everything at all times, and made sure that I had all the information before I made any decisions. This was my first catered event in my home and I was a little overwhelmed with it, but she managed to make it all smooth. The food was outstanding, the quantity and quality exquisite, and I would 100% recommend her and use it again on my next event.
I cannot day enough about my experience with Chef Lauren! From her communication, organization, team, presentation, to sheer quality/deliciousness of her food; All Perfection! We had very little time to organize a buffet style event serving 30 during the busiest time of year. She was incredibly on top of everything making my job a breeze. Her staff of fabulous women were very responsive and lovely. The decor and presentation worked perfectly for our upper east side location with a collection of uptown and downtown guests. Everyone was thrilled! Can’t wait till the next opportunity arises to work with Bacco!
Lauren and her colleagues catered a small (20 people) cocktail party at our home. The food was wonderful, both tasty and interesting. Lauren was amazingly responsive and helpful in planning the gathering. All of the staff were professional and helpful. Thanks to Lorraine and her people, the party went off without a hitch
We have used Bacco Catering twice now and everything has been outstanding. Starting with setting up a date through to execution. The team is very professional so that you only have to enjoy the evening and eat the delicious food. They move effortlessly into the house, and with grace take care of your guests. We have been entertaining for many years in Australia and we cannot recommend them enough, so much so that are organising our next event!

Lauren and her staff were phenomenal. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I received several comments about how delicious the food was and how pleasant the staff was. Lauren was extremely helpful with the planning and preparation. I even bounced some non-catering party-planning questions off her and she was very willing to share her expertise and make great suggestions.
Lauren and her team were unbelievable to work with. Lauren was very responsive from planning through execution. We were in constant communication and she managed to make all my requests work and then some. The food was raved about the whole day. The staff was wonderful and attentive to all my guests. Everything about this experience was wonderful. We hired Bacco for my husband's retirement party in out NYC apartment. The food was delicious, they staff were friendly and beyond competent, and they left the place cleaner than when they started. We moved to Florida, so can't use them again, but otherwise they'd be the first I'd go to. I highly recommend them.
Excellent food and very professional servers. Their help went above and beyond just making the food. The charcuterie setup was amazing. This is the first party I've ever thrown where nearly all of the food was gone by the end of the evening, and I got lots of compliments on the food too. They also stayed later than planned as there were still a lot of guests here, and I really appreciated that. Previous caterers didn't have that flexibility. They cleaned everything up afterward which was nice too, I didn't wake up to a messy kitchen. Will definitely hire Lauren and her team next time.
