Garchester was absolutely wonderful to have helping out with my tv mounting and curtain rod installation. He even told me about what’s better to use along the way rather than parts that came with the mounts. Did a very good job. Finished quickly and the new outdoor faucet works great with no issues. Will use for other projects that I have planned and I will recommend him.
During the initial work he was never on time and always made excuses. He sent a random person one day to work on tiling and two tiles broke- 2 months after the job was complete the grout started coming up. I contacted him but gave him the holidays before I asked for him to come out. He canceled multiple times and was late each time again. He “fixed” it, but when he came back said the tiles were not right again. He came back and tore them up and reset them. He stated that he didn’t want to stay late so he relaid the tile and grouted the same day. He came back to seal the grout the next day and said we would be good to go in 2-3 hours- keep in mind my husband in a wheelchair has not had an accessible bathroom for two days. Once clear- I took one step into the bathroom- not even fully on the newly laid tile and one cracked in half. When I talked to Garchester over two phone conversations, he blamed us for walking on the tile and breaking it (he told us it was fine) and said he was being nice not charging us for coming out to fix his 2 month old work!
