Keep appointment time that is promised and be on time. This is unacceptable now I have to go try to find someone else to hang my fan this morning.
Missed original appointment time. Still came later that day. Just not satisfied with the finished result.
Reached out to this company. Matt came and performed the job. Unfortunately one of the jobs he did, was not done properly. I reached out the next day to tell him the toilet was doing the same thing. He informed me that he would come and fix: he never came and have been ignoring my messages NEVER AGAIN

Last minute response came and did a great job and was very resourceful
I got Matt to do touch ups in a condo. I gave him the new paint and it came out dark on walls. He said it would dry light. He kept reassuring me. I questioned him several times. He took 6 hours and it should have taken much less. I was told by other painters he should have stopped when he saw how dark the paint was. The next day when I saw how dark it was I texted him. No answer. He manipulated me to thinking it would dry light. Paint doesn’t work that way. Don’t hire!
We had an appointment scheduled for today at 11AM. My husband and I took off work for this appointment. We have left multiple messages without any response from your technician. This is the worst customer service!
We needed to have our deck stairs and railings touched up. Matt was very responsive with communication and punctual when he came for the appointment. He did great work in a timely mannerat a fair price!
