The un-expected water heater failure seems to be one of a home owners worst nightmare. It's almost sort of a rite of passage for us home owners to go through the ordeal. I recently hired Jacob from Baker Heating & Cooling to replace our old, failing hot water heater, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the first phone call to the final cleanup, he delivered professional, high-quality work that exceeded every expectation. He arrived same day right on time, thoroughly explained the process, and answered all my questions about the different unit options. His recommendation was well appreciated that perfectly suited our household's needs, and the installation was incredibly smooth. He handled everything with care—protecting our floors, maintaining a clean workspace throughout, and even hauling away the old unit and all the debris without me having to lift a finger (even though I volunteered to help in anyway I could). Great attention to detail: proper venting, secure connections, clear instructions on how to operate and maintain the new system. The new heater is noticeably more efficient, provides endless hot water, and runs much quieter than the old one. Jacob is reliable, skilled, honest, and genuinely customer-focused. Jake came the next day to replace a water heater (he uses propress fittings which is cool). My old 40gallon water heater was large and we had to remove some stuff from my utility room to be able to fit it though the door. New one went in and everything worked great. A permit was pulled and approved by the city. Very reasonable rates I paid $1,500 which included the tank, install and permit.
Jake did such a wonderful job installing a new furnace and AC. He was very thorough right from the initial inspection right until the end. He explained the process from start to end and provided regular updates on how the work was progressing. The commitment to high quality work and attention to detail is something that is hard to find nowadays and you will get that with Jake and his team.
