Came out for estimate. He reached out, provided an estimate, I signed the contract, and the job is complete! Thank you

Balco did an amazing job on my patio! The guys were punctual, friendly and professional. It came out better than I could have expected. I am so happy with the work and have already recommended them to my neighbor!

We decided on another pro. Communication was lacking however the contractor did finally get back to us.

Although we weren't able to use them in the end (the location had a provider already set to provide services but we didn't have prior notification) they were very responsive & they provide snow removal services for a few other locations we have. Thanks again guys for all your help & we will definitely let you guys know when we have any available sites in your area.

I was contacted quickly and we maintained contact via email throughout the process. The staff did a perfect job of trimming the crowded pines down the length of our driveway making it much safer for everyone! No more scratched cars! Thank you.

Balco did a great job for us! When other contractors wouldn't respond or provide a quote, they replied right away and did a beautiful repairing the bricks and mortar of the steps to our front door . They're price was reasonable and fair - we'd use them again in a second!

Nothing but good things to say about Balco Landscapes! I had just completed two projects with separate big name contractors and the experiences were both horrible. Had I not been on home on several occasions, the work these other contractors did would have been done wrong and not to spec. So I was a bit uneasy when I realized that due to my work schedule, I would not be home for the entirety of the landscaping project with Balco. But, Balco Landscapes showed up every day, on time, and did the work they quoted. The work itself is stunning! The installed 2 flagstone patios over concrete base, a separate stacked stone retaining wall, and landscaped a garden bed horribly overgrown with weeds and planted agreed upon plants. Also planted a dogwood in the very back of the yard. Balco also pulled the necessary permits from Baltimore City (which in itself is no easy task). They quoted 2 weeks to complete the project and they finished in 1 week and 3 days. Harry and his team were nothing but courteous and professional from the moment they showed up in person to discuss design and requirements, through to the project's completion. The morning after the day in which it looked as though everything had been completed, I spoke directly with Harry to make sure they were done so I could finalize payment. Indeed they were... but Harry was already on his way to my house to shore up a joint line in one of the patios that "he wasn't happy with." I didn't ask him to do it... i didn't even recognize what he was talking about... but he came out on his own to take care of it. That is owning your workmanship. And that is respect for the homeowner. This is how working with contractors should always be!! They are already my decided choice for some additional work I'll have done in a few months. If you have landscaping needs, you'll be in good hands with Balco! A+ across the board.

Chuck completed the work I requested as scheduled. The steps turned out great!

Harry with Balco was extremely prompt and professional. He worked with my space, and helped make great suggestions. He also had a good mock up of space. The work was done within one day. He was also flexible with my work schedule.

The stone work we had done on our front porch and walkway turned out great! There is one small issue that I have asked about a few times, hoping we can get that resolved as it was not discussed at the start of the project and did not turn out as expected! Communication could have been better throughout the project but overall the quality of work was very good!

Balco did an awesome job installing. I would say communication was a bit poor but quality of service was good. I am very pleased with the outcome~

Harry was very easy to work with and after he fully understand the scope of the project he was fair in his pricing. He arrived on schedule and completed the job professionally. I would recommend him to others.

The guys were very professional and courteous. Everything that was listed in their estimate was completed as promised. The area they worked on looked liked 100 percent better when they finished. Thank you.

Balco LLC was an awesome patio company to work with overall. They came out surveyed the area, created a layout, went over pricing and within days we then setup the time frame for them to do our patio. They worked all day around the clock to get the job done. They truly are great guys to have work for you, their hard work, dependability and overall experience flourishes. We are highly satisfied customers, who would give them recommendations time and time again!
