Can’t even meet the estimate canceled 30 minutes after you said you would be at my house to give an estimate. Doubt they can even complete a project on time when they can’t even show up to give a estimate.

We had a great experience with Basement Gurus. Their team completed waterproofing work in our basement and was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain the work, answered our questions, and made sure everything was completed properly. We appreciate their attention to detail and the peace of mind the completed waterproofing has given us. We would definitely recommend Basement Gurus to anyone in need of quality basement waterproofing services.
Basement gurus fixed the leak. There’s no more moisture. The area that was worked on, it’s like night and day! They did a great job. Great work, and very professional, everything was done on time, from the estimates to the finished job. Thanks again for a job well done!

He took the time to explain all of our options, answered every question we had, and never made us feel pressured. He worked with us to find the best solution for our needs and even gave us a great deal. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. We highly recommend Basement Gurus to anyone looking for honest service and quality work!
Worked with Steve Rott, he listened to my needs and came up an action plan to fix water getting into my basement and shed pad. Their onsite staff were professional and explained what was needed. The price was fair and quality work was completed.
I had work done for a leak in my basement. Basement Gurus came out to do the estimate. Josh was detailed in what they were going to do including the price quote. The job took several hours as promised. For the quality of work and the price point, we're very satisfied with the project, Especially the lifetime warranty! We would recommend this company to our friends.

Great experience
They were very professional and responsive. Gave a detailed quote and explained all the details.
Basement Gurus is a great company that will work with your needs. Good value for the job for installing in a French drain and sub pump.
They fixed our sub pump in our laundry room. They were quick and professional.
Basement Gurus have been very responsive and helpful with assessing and scheduling the work we need performed on our sump line. Many thanks to them!
They waited until the morning of the scheduled estimate to actually review my request, 11 days later. Then tell me they don’t offer the service I requested. It would have been nice if someone would have actually looked at what I requested instead of just booking me an estimate appt almost two weeks later when I could have pursued other pros.
Excellent service. Honest feedback. Would use again without a doubt!
