Basement Waterproofing were not the only estimate we got and not the cheapest, but based on reviews and our previous contact at a home improvement show, we wanted to use them. We were definitely not disappointed!! The quality of their work is exceptional, they were very unobstrusive with an excellent work ethic, quick and efficient, plus they have an outstanding warranty. We would definitely recommend them!

About Basement Waterproofing Specialists
The materials we are using are second to none. What we provide are easily industrial grade in comparison with other companies are proposing to use and quite frankly we are very concerned with what they are offering to the public. We also have highly educated and experienced inspectors and crews that stay here because we pay them more to retain them. From start to finish, customers are ALWAYS impressed and we work very hard to keep it that way. Coming from public service I didn't think business had the same gratifying feeling but it does here. Specifically when families are harmed by toxic mold and we come to the rescue. It's an amazing feeling and makes everyone here feel a great deal of purpose.

Anthony and team did a fantastic job with my exterior drainage system. The team gave me an honest estimate and did not try to sell me an expensive interior drainage system, unlike other contractors.
Wendy and Mike were fantastic to work with for waterproofing my basement. They were great with communicating, transparent, informative and punctual. Highly recommended!
Dane was super excellent and his team was exceptionally experienced and I haven't had a leak yet even with all the rain. I'm so grateful
Basement Waterproof Specialist crew did a great job installing my sump pump. When Candace came on the initial visit, she explained everything that I needed. I will definitely use this company in the future.
Vince provided a very detailed evaluation of our water issue in the basement. The team that performed the repair provided quality work and left the worksite very clean.
Candace was very thorough and took the time to diagnose the problem inside and outside before providing the recommendation that was in our best interest.
BWS did an excellent job installing a French drain system in our basement. It was a big project that was completed within a week of the initial contact. Bone dry basement since installation and they also helped me re-route the drainage line to the street as opposed to my neighbors garden. The guarantee of the work is what made me feel comfortable choosing BWS and I’m happy I did.
These guys were like machines. They came and they did it in a day. They waterproofed our house by putting a drainage system in. Everyone was nice and courteous. Highly recommend them.
Messy job but a little better on the cleanup would have been appreciated. Otherwise all was very good. Just need a good weather test of the effectiveness to confirm all works as intended.
Fast, efficient and fairly priced!
