1. He installed the sliding door for the shower and water has been leaking but never game back to fix it 2. He damaged the door and left the project half finished.
Great quality of work, extremely knowledgable, flexible, and very professional to deal with. I never felt upsold and we consulted through every step of the project. Cost mindfulness for materials was appreciated, and there was never once where i felt as if the deliverable was not as good as promised (often even better). Will absolutely use again for future projects.

AMAZING. The professionalism and attention to detail with this pro was absolutely phenomenal. He did a bathroom remodel, a kitchen remodel, an entryway remodel, and the remodel of a half bathroom. The gentlemen who helped him were all polite, organized, excellent at their trade and craft, and kept the job site clean. The pricing was based off of his labor and it was up to me to pick the materials, which I found really helpful and easy to understand. Really great experience and I’ll never use anyone else again.
BEWARE! BEWARE! This guy is not a professional. We hired him for a bathroom remodel. We should have stopped the job at the first error but he had an excuse or a explanation for everything. Here is a list of the issues, a ton of red flags: - Did not place drop cloths on path to bathroom and muddied up floors on first day. Only when we asked him, did he use our drop cloths to cover floors. - Our house is a 60-year old stone home with thick walls that required demo of concrete. Did not cover vents or placed tarps over adjoining bedroom before he started demo. Our entire house was covered in dust. The adjoining bedroom had a thick layer of dust. When he confronted him, he said he forgot! It costs us $300 to get the bedroom professionally cleaned from the concrete dust. We also spent several hours cleaning the rest of the house. - Set the shower drain 3 inches off-center. When we asked him why it was off-centered, he did not give an explanation. He said that it didn't matter, it still drains, it would just not look good aesthetically. We consulted several contractors to make sure we were not "crazy" and they all confirmed that this was shoddy work. He begrudningly redid the work which meant cutting a square through the shower pan and now there is a risk of leakage. We will now need to redo the entire floor. We also realized that he did not use the Kohler drain that we purchased but rather a cheaper one from Home Depot! - We bought 8"x12" shower tile to be vertically staggered. The tile should have been layed starting at the floor level. Twan, nailed a 2" wood piece 1 foot from the floor and started the tile at this point. When we asked why he did not start the tile at the floor, he said that his way was the "right" way. I sent him several photos showing him the correct way. He sent me a "how to" video and said that this video shows "how it is done." The video was a tutorial on how to lay horizontal tile (not vertical tile)! it was clear that he had no expertise. We now have wasted about $800 in tile. - He asked my husband to pick up parts at Home Depot so he would not have to go! Overall, every time we had a question, Twan would arrogantly tell us that we were wrong and that he knew what he was doing. He was never willing or able to provide a detail explanation - becuase he is not the expert he claims to be. We are now $5000 in the hole. We have to redo most of the work he has done.
Toan was a pleasure to work with. For context we needed a contractor to help us renovate our home while we were out of state. Toan was reliable, communicative and honest. He even gave us feedback on some of our design choices, which was very helpful. He helped with painting walls, cabinets, floor tiling and electrical. I would recommend Toan to anyone looking for an affordable and trustworthy contractor.

Twan rehabbed my pressure treated deck into a composite deck. Twan is very personable and easy to work with. He completed the job within the time period he quoted. Twan was very flexible in allowing us to acheive our objective within the limited budget that we had to work with. The finished project shows quality workmanship. I would certainly hire him again for other projects.
I hired him to upgrade my basement bathroom and I absolutely love the finish project. He made me aware of alternate solutions, suggested changes that I didn’t think of and addressed all my concerns. The quote was accurate, he is very knowledgeable, and the quality of work is amazing. I would highly recommend him.
I hired Twan to paint my house and to do some repairs and upgrades to the property. Twan was very responsive (met with me the same day I contacted him) and was able to start work the following week. He is a very knowledgeable contractor, who does a very good job at an affordable price. He is easy to work with and is just an overall nice guy. I would definitely recommend him!

Highly recommend. I had my whole house painted. The painters were friendly and punctual. Attention to detail. Respectful of my belongings and even moved my furniture and things for me. If you are looking for high quality work that is reasonably priced than look no further than splash painting.
