On October 9, we signed a contract they were supposed to call me within 7 to 10 days to set up a date for the repair. Today is October 30 and they haven’t called me yet. Would not recommend these people for any kind of job. They have my deposit so basically I’m being held hostage because they haven’t had the courtesy to come out to do the job yet.

Reviews
They responded to me in a reasonable amount of time to advise that they do not install gutters. This is what I was inquiring about so no idea why they were referred.
This person called and she was yelling on the phone so I had to hang up. She kept asking how can I help when it clearly states that we are looking for roof replacement in the thumbtack advertisement. I said what specific questions you have for me but she started yelling. We are contacted by many other professionals who are much nicer and professionals and never had anyone acting the way she did. I won’t do business with them or put up with their arrogantly rude behavior.
Thanks for your professional attitude and quality.
Highly recommend
