I have been installing laminate, vynil plank and vynil tile for the past few years. I recently decided to go into business for myself. I put a very high value on quality and personal relationships. I chose Bay 10 Flooring after reading many (all) detailed 5 star reviews. I am joining the 5 star club because they were excellent and very deserving of it! Communication was quick and professional. Travis helped in picking the LVP flooring I was replacing from disgusting carpet in my master bathroom. Devin did an amazing job. I love it and will definitely use them again in the future when I can afford more home improvements. Thank you!!
Extremely professional and honest. We recently had them come out and evaluate our flooring after a small flood we had inside our home. Alex offered some very honest recommendations and solutions. He also provided a very fair quote on any potential work. I’ll definitely be using this company for any future flooring needs.

wow wow wow!!! that’s what i keep saying for how great of a job Alex did for us on the install of our flooring. From his professionalism and good natured attitude and everything in between. he came, did amazing service, was very informative and got the job done exactly as he planned. he even did little touches to make sure everything was perfect! including picking up our flooring etc etc. there should be an extra plus star to give Alex he did an amazing job! 100% recommend!!
I would give Bay 10 Flooring 6 stars if I could. Alex found mold damage left by my remodeling company under my flooring and fixed everything! I replaced with the same flooring but it both looks and feels better. He was also punctual, personable and responsive. Bay 10 is the best service company of any kind that I've come across in years.
I have a Mobil home that’s over 40 years old and the particle board sub-floor was getting soft spots in my living and dining rooms. I asked Alex to come over to give me a repair plan and free estimate. He told me he could repair just the soft spots but that because of the age of the home new soft spots would probably happen within a year or two. He thought I’d be better off in the long run to install 3/4 inch plywood over the existing sub-floor. He then quoted me a price for an all new plywood sub-floor that was just slightly more than other contractors estimates for just patching soft spots. I hired Alex for the job and he was punctual, hard working, respectful and did an excellent job. He finished the project on time and his final bill was less than his estimate! I would definitely hire him again if other rooms in my house need work in the future.

In my experience with home repairs and flipping homes, one thing i value is responsiveness, work ethic and quality of work. Alex at Bay 10 Flooring checks all those boxes. He came to my home on time, talked in detail about the job, gave me a fair price and literally was at my home days later. Finished the flooring job basically during Hurricane Ian week. These contractors are hard to find so look no further He gets all 5 stars. Very trusted and really cares about the costumer
