Elkhan and his brother did a great job rerouting our dryer exhaust. They were honest and transparent when providing the estimate and took the time to explain the different approaches and tradeoffs before starting the work. They were also friendly, respectful of our property, and kept me updated throughout the project. Eric was also excellent on the coordination side. He was extremely responsive and made scheduling and communication very easy. Very happy with both the quality of the work and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend Bay Services !

Reviews
First of, Nora helped setup everything so smoothly The technicans Orkhan and Nico did an excellent job repairing the dryer vent leak and dryer vent cleaning. They were thorough in their work, explained what part needs changing and why I had the leak in the first place. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommended Bay Services for dryer vent cleanup & maintenance.
Technician come out but said he couldn't do the job and it was "outside the scope of services". Not sure why they took the job in the first place.
Friendly, professional and very thorough on response to draft issues.
The crew arrived on time and was very communicative throughout the process. We initially booked them for a chimney cleaning, and they discovered that the crown was broken and needed repair. This was an additional service, and they offered a discount since we were already having the chimney cleaned. They worked efficiently, kept us informed, and completed everything quickly. I would happily recommend them.
Showed up on time, it was drizzling a bit, pros did the right thing in no time, explained, shared video. Felt confident of the action taken and good experience all around. Orkhan was a nice guy to talk to and explain the issue and fixes.
Loved these guys. Quick, knowledgeable, and great price
Super responsive and friendly, great quality of work, reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again
Elkhan and Emin from Bay Services were awesome! They helped me with duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, and did a super thorough job. They were professional, friendly, and really took their time — spent over 2 hours making sure everything was spotless and working perfectly. I really appreciate their attention to detail and how helpful they were throughout. Highly recommend them!
They are great professionals. Don’t go anywhere. They came on time, made sure the dust falling on floor is vacuumed, gave good suggestion and even bit of training.
Bay Services was very professional and highly communicative. We used them to install a chimney cap as our old one flew off during the heavy storms. As soon as I entered my inquiry online, within 10 minutes, I received a response online and was able to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. I received a text to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, Alex let me know what time he would arrive. He arrived on time and had all the equipment and tools to swiftly complete the installation within 15 minutes. He was very professional, cordial and had the skills to handle the job. Before Alex left, he offered to do a complimentary chimney inspection and also a dryer vent inspection. Fortunately, nothing was amiss. We are very satisfied with Alex and Bay Services.
Vusal did an awesome job at my house. He’s very good at what he does. Would hire again.
Reached on time. Very happy with the service provided. Cleaned up well after the work. Will hire again.
Thomas was the quickest to respond to our request and quoted the lowest bundles price for dryer vent and chimney cleaning. When they arrived, Vusal and his colleague were upfront about the process and cleaned soot from the chimney that looked like it had accumulated over years and years of usage. Vusal was highly professional and courteous in explaining the right usage and options for our gas powered fireplace - highly recommend and use his services again in the future!
Great service. Installed a chimney cover in about 15 min.
They were very friendly, professional, provided before and after pictures of the duct, showed me how the dryer hot air output looked like after the cleaning. They also took a quick look at the vents in the house and recommended cleaning there.
I had a dryer exhaust vent that was very clogged with tons of lint from the previous owners. They quickly came and cleaned it out for me. Thanks guys!
Vusal did a great job unclogging and cleaning my dryer vent. He was quick and professional in his work. I am already recommending them to my family for their vent cleaning.
Rizvan was great! Professional and prompt. Thank you for the service.
