Reviews
Excellent job, stayed until they figured out how to solve my electrical issue. I really appreciated Mike’s persistence and can do attitude. I highly recommend Baylor Electric.
Antuane was very responsive and great to work with getting the quote and offered competitive pricing with military discount. Mike was great to work with, he was friendly and efficient to get the job done professionally and will recommend them and keep them for our future needs.
they responded the same day, very knowledgeable explained what needed to be done, great price
We had a complex repair, that other electricians didn’t say they could fix. Really appreciated this high quality work!
the installer was great. Unfortunately he showed up with 6 foot ladder when a 12 ladder was required. I blame is on Lowes for not providing the this information to the installation company. Lowes should have said this was a outside high ceiling installation fan removal and installation
Baylor Electric was quick to respond, prompt, and explain everything clearly.
No nonsense. Went straight to work in diagnosing and repairing the problem. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. And the cost of the work was very reasonable.
Just an overall very good company to do business with. Very pleased. Being an older home, needed it checked out thoroughly. They did that! Two great personable techs. They let me know of any repairs being done and why. Thank you gentlemen. Would definitely recommend.
It was a pleasure doing business with Antuane and Mike. They were very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and friendly. Mike did a Great job repairing my outdoor lantern light . I will definitely hire them again for any other electrical repair.
My service was prompt, and very professional. I will use again.
Baylor has been excellent to work with and delivered honest information and recommendations. Would recommend them to anyone.
Prompt response. Reasonable price. Service was installed quickly and correctly. Techs ensured my expectations were met.
Mike & Mike did a good job... Minus the cowboys hoodie!!! lol
The service was great, professional and personal.
We recently moved and with the impending storm all of neighbors were asking if we had a generator ready. While we could find a generator our house was not set up for one. Baylor Electric promptly responded to my request for service, got me on the schedule before the storm, and made sure we were all set up including showing how to properly switch over to the generator. We will definitely use them again for any future electrical needs.
Baylor Electric technicians exceeded expectations in term professionalism and quality of work. They are respectful of the property, confident in the work they do and their workmanship. They are responsive and I really appreciate that. I would recommend and rehire them every time I need any electrical work done.
I called Baylor Electric fora generator install. They gave me a good price quote on what i wanted and did not try to over sell me with a lot of unnecessary goods and services. The guys who showed up (Antonne and Quentin) were amazing. They were in time and provided constant communication. They worked hard even in some pretty miserable weatherconditions and even went the extra mile of helping me set up my generator and explaining it's functions. I appreciate their time and professionalism.
Antuane and Mike did a great job installing a 50amp EV charger for us. Everything from the price quoting they matched to the scheduling to the installation itself was a great experience. They were kind, friendly and patient. Just truly a professional job and service. I'll surely reach out to them again for our future electrical needs. 👍👍👍 Thanks again, Gents!
