James repaired my Refrigerator. He called to tell me he was on the. He listen to me tell him what my problem was. After checking a few things, Only took a few minutes for him tell me what the problem was. We set up time for him to come back with the new part. Took 10 minutes to replace the new part. Refrigerator work great. Very Satisfied. If needed, I will use him again.

I contacted this company to repair a dryer that was not working. During the service call, I was told that the motor in the dryer needed to be replaced to possibly fix the problem. I spoke with an electrician after that service call to explain that my lights flickered on and off when I turn on Appliances and they will stop working. I was advised to contact the utility company to be sure that the interior circuit breakers were sufficient to accommodate the appliances that I had on the inside. I asked the utility company to be sure that the wiring on the outside(and I may be saying it wrong) would accommodate the electrician updating my circuit breakers on the inside. Entergy came out and determined that some outside wire was underwater and they replaced it. And that fixed my problem and I was told that because the wire was underwater is shorting when I turned on multiple Appliances, they were short out the wiring on the outside. So it turns out my dryer did not need a new motor. Wow I am sure that the pro could not have known anything about the outside power, I feel they should’ve been able to tell that there was nothing wrong with the motor in the dryer and that it was not burned out.
