The crew showed up on time, kept the area clean, and paid attention to the small details. The new wood decking looks great and feels solid. It really changed how we use our backyard.
Got my kitchen fully remodeled and the team was amazing. I didn't have an exact plan, just a vision and they figured out. Looks clean and modern now.
I recently had my kitchen remodeled by BB-Builders Pro, along with new counter tops, new white cabinets and backwall tiles. They were professional, organized, and always kept me in the loop throughout the project, which took about a few weeks to complete. Zack made communication effortless. He was quick to respond to texts and always transparent about costs and timelines. Anytime something extra came up, he provided an updated estimate first, so there were never any surprises when it came to the final bill. Everything was completed right on schedule and within the budget he quoted. The team also did a great job keeping the workspace tidy each day, which made living through the remodel much easier. Overall, I’m thrilled with how the kitchen turned out and highly recommend BB-Builders Pro. Zack’s professionalism and communication made the entire experience stress-free, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for my next remodel project.
BB-Builders Pro remodeled our kitchen and it turned out better than I imagined. I didn't have a full plan, just ideas and they really helped shape it into something amazing. Super easy to work with and the end result looks awesome. Highly recommend!
BB Builders Pro did a great job on my full kitchen remodel. I already had plans and just needed the install. They handled everything efficiently and with great attention to detail. I wasn't sure about the plumbing or electrical at first, but they explained things clearly and made it easy. Super professional and the results look fantastic. Would definitely recommend!
We had a vision for our dream kitchen but no official plans. BB Builders Pro stepped in and made it all come together beautifully. They handled the full remodel, including new tile flooring with care and precision. The team was reliable, skilled and easy to work with throughout the process. We're thrilled with the results and would definitely hire them again.
Scheduled an on-site visit to review the project, but they never showed up—completely wasted my weekend!
Beautiful finished product! Our converted downstairs primary bedroom has a spa-like feel, and the two refinished fireplaces are so nice. We had several items that needed to be touched-up to our liking, mostly painting, but Zack was responsive and made sure we were satisfied. All the city inspections were coordinated, and we were kept apprised.
From the beginning the team was amazing they finished my project on time and with minor hiccups. Everything was communicated well and the finished product was so worth it. I appreciate all of the hard work and dedication to our project and we look forward to working with BB in the future.
Fantastic work! They surpassed our expectations when we hired them to completely remodel our bathroom. The group was meticulous, professional, and kept us updated at every stage. The outcome is really beautiful! Strongly advised for all needs including home remodeling.
I have nothing but praise for their remodeling service. They helped with us to renovate our basement, and the outcome is stunning. From the first meeting to the last details, they were courteous and committed to making sure we were satisfied. Would use them once more without a doubt!
They visited to assess our project and provide an estimate. While they gave us a verbal quote during the visit and promised a detailed written estimate to follow, we never received any follow-up. The lack of communication was disappointing and left us with a negative impression.
Twice they rescheduled with me and on the date of our appointment no one showed up. After texting them to ask if the appointment was still on the only text I received was “Ron the project manager needs to show up “ He never did. Not a professional way to run a business especially one where thousands of dollars are are on the line.
Zack and his team did an exemplary job on our basement and bathroom remodel. The quality of work and attention to details exceeded our expectations. Zack communicates well with his client and keep us updated on progress of the project. This team overall is pleasant to work with, highly recommend.
