Brian was honest about my 15 year old HP printer, when he suggested replacing it and not to spend money on it. Parts were not avaiable; 15 years service was good for an HP printer; and he gave me his recommendations on a replacement the was servicable. When I had problems with my computer; I made calls to my carrier Spectrum but they neither provided apprehensible technical assistance over the phone nor sent a tech to the house. I received assistance & the problem was solved when I turned to BC Services Tech Support. A tech came to my house and quickly trouble shooted the computer problem. I also visited their web site & learned about other tech products I intend on purchasing to use in my Real Estate business.
