Reviews
I had an extremely poor experience with BD Trucking. I booked about two weeks in advance, paid a $200 deposit, and clearly requested moving, furniture disassembly/reassembly, and TV mounting. They arrived about six hours late. The two crew members appeared impaired, were very unresponsive and confused, had no tools, and told me they were not the originally scheduled crew. I had to provide my own tools, and part of my bed frame was damaged. While my belongings were already on the truck, I was told I had to pay another $500 or they would unload everything and stop the move. I paid because I felt pressured and needed my belongings moved. In total, I paid $700. They still left furniture behind, did not complete the agreed work, and the situation at the destination became hostile enough that police responded. After speaking with the owner, the movers unloaded my belongings onto the floor and left. I have photos, messages, and payment records documenting what happened. Based on my experience, I would urge anyone considering this company to be very cautious.
the movers are super professional, efficient and responsive! we are super happy that we hired them to help us move. we have a 2b1b with a lot of heavy stuff and also a lot of things from the basement, we are also packing while they are moving. they are awesome and being very flexible and helped us move all furniture to the right place when we get to the new place. highly recommended!
The team communicated well in advance regarding their arrival time and proactively let me know that they would be a few minutes late, which I really appreciated. They worked efficiently together and were very professional throughout the entire process.
I had to move from Wakefield to Malden and I got 3 great young men that worked so well and quick. They had to do 2 trips and I was so greatful at how easy it was to get moved with them.
BD Trucking was great from start to finish. They responded to my inquiry quickly, the quote, etc., was straightforward and thorough. The move date was really really (did I say really?) hot but the guys never complained and kept going until we were done. I would highly recommend and use again.
I was so satisfied and happy with Eddy and James who did our moving. They were punctual, efficient, careful of our furniture, etc., and completed the job in a timely manner. BD Trucking is a great value with excellent, friendly service for your money. My husband and I highly recommend this company and the personable movers Eddy and James.
The two guys who helped with my move were amazing! They arrived right on time and did a great job. My new townhouse has small, awkward stairs that made moving some of my furniture difficult, but they figured it out and made it work. They definitely know what they're doing. I would absolutely recommend
The team showed up exactly when we expected and worked tirelessly through the move to ensure everything went smoothly. We couldn’t believe how quickly everything went. We would absolutely recommend them!
I highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job moving my father's furniture to my home. Their communication was excellent and right on time. The price was very good. I would definitely use them again!!!
