I appreciated that Johaun seemed to be able to work within my schedule, asked specific questions about my goals etc. Unfortunately we were not able to complete the massage. He was running 30 minutes late because a previous customer showed up late. The new time did not work for me because I had another appointment. I asked for the possibility of a later time that day or to shorten our session to 30 minutes. Ultimately we decided it may be best to cancel.
It’s been several years since my last massage. The process was explained throughly and I left felling like great. Moving forward this will be a location that I plan to visit monthly to get body back on track.
