I actually never worked with you, but when I first sent out my project to inquire about estimates, you called over excessively the SAME day, calling 8 times and leaving only 2 voicemails with very general info. I felt bullied and hadn't even talked to anyone yet. Please consider respecting the time of those looking for a vendor and leave them reasonable time to return your calls.

Did not show up at the agreed scheduled time or send a confirmation beforehand as promised. Also did not respond to my message through thumbtack. I called their number and was told that I was never on the schedule to begin with. Would not recommend.
Communicate better
I ended up not hiring them. Not sure if they have hired multiple office staffs or they have one very nervous office administrator but as soon as we agreed on a date and time for them to come out for a quote, they started calling nonstop to confirm! I mean how many text messages and phone calls you need to confirm? In less than 12 hours, I had three phone calls at very odd times, 7pm and 7 am just to confirm and double confirm! Nope! If I have to responsd to 5 messages and three phone calls in less than 12 hours then I don't want to deal with you
