Five stars for Zach and his team! We hired them to paint our patio ceiling, patio deck and home office, and couldn't be happier with the results. Zach was punctual every single day, which anyone in Miami knows is a rare find. The quality of the work was excellent, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and that we were completely satisfied before calling it finished. Professional, reliable, and great to work with. We'll definitely be using them again for future projects and highly recommend them!

Reviews
If there were only 100 stars to give for people, this young man would receive 110. I've had the fortune (or misfortune) to have to deal with many vendors and "handymen" in my life and the simple truth is that the vast majority are of poor quality (atleast my experience) - they are unreliable, inexperienced, and just don't show pride in their work at all. This young man however, from Beach Property Services, was truly a breath of fresh air. I hired him to paint the exterior of my home. He was extremely responsive, attentive, FAIR with his price, kind hearted, some ladies would even say he's very good looking, and he's good at what he does. We had to deal with some annoying delays in getting the house painted because of rain, but Zach did not relent in his attentiveness and was so very reliable. He would call, he would text and always delivered. He did not fail a single day. I'm not sure if painting is all his company specializes in, but if you have anything you need, painting or something else, I promise you Zach is probably the best you'll come across. Do not hesitate to hire him. He earned every single penny he charged and more. I recommend him and his company 100%!
Zachary did an incredible job restoring our LOVE sculpture, which I had made for my wife five years ago. After being outside, it had rusted, peeled and really deteriorated. Zachary made it look brand new again. He was responsive, professional, reliable. The before-and-after photos speak for themselves. Couldn’t be happier with the result and highly recommend him!
We had a great experience with Beach. highly recommend for your property management and home repair needs.
Zach did limewash paint on our wall and it looks great. He communicated well and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend him.
Amazing work done at my house!!! Definitely I will continue working with Zach, he did an outstanding job
I highly recomend Zach. His pricing was very fair and ther quality of his work far exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most was his attention to detail and commitmentto making sure everything was completed the way I wanted it. Zach was proffesional, reliable and took the pride in his work. I would not hesitate to use zach and his services again.
Zach was extremely responsive, on time, and did great work. I would definitely recommend and will hire him again for other projects.
Absolutely 100% recommend working with Zach and the team at Beach Property Services. Zach called me right away and was super helpful and professional when it came to helping me paint my tiled back patio and roof. His prices were reasonable and his work was very well done. He worked with me when I needed a quick turn around on my patio and helped me pick the right paint for the job. Would definitely work with him again for future projects. Thanks, Zach!
Zach was a breath of fresh air. He arrived on time listened to my concerns and was very affordable. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation.
