Absolutely poor communication and scheduling. I accepted an estimate almost 7 days ago and called the office multiple(7-9) times to schedule, but to no avail. I kept getting the answering service with the same standard message, with a promise to get a call back from Josh, and I would never hear back. Don’t waste your time…

They were supposed to power wash the house to make it clean, but all they did was soap it once (which I was not there to see) and rinse it once—whether it was actually clean or not. Debris was still coming off, and the water was visibly dirty. Yet, they called it “clean.” Sloppy and careless work.
