I hired Dan last March and service was great and pricing very fair. He was very helpful in providing guidance and assistance in keeping everything running and looking great. Mid-summer, service abruptly stopped though. Communication simply ceased, and he stopped coming out. Without knowing he wasn’t coming back out, the pool quickly went green and was costly to recover. They quickly refunded fees for services not provided, but never received any communication as to what happened or even if service would pick back up (spoiler: it didn’t)

I had issues with my pool, and Dan was not able to respond due to unforeseen circumstances. The issues have since been resolved.
Initially, the communication was great, and so was the service. The pool looked great, and I loved getting updates and pictures via email after every appointnent. Unfortunately, he just stopped showing up with no notice and isn't responding to messages.
