Had an issue with a toilet leaking from underneath the seal in the floor. He was over at the house and it was fixed within 24 hours. He followed up a few days later to see if there were any issues with the repair. Fantastic service

John from Bear Plumbing moved some PEX pipe for us in our basement in preparation for a remodel. Scheduling the initial visit and bid were easy, and he was able to complete the job the same day. Super friendly and professional. It cost a bit more than I hoped, but the work matched exactly what I asked for and looks great. I would hire John again.
We hired John to do miscellaneous plumbing issues at our house. He quickly assessed our house and gave us a bid. We accepted and work occurred the very next day. John did an amazing job and always kept us in the loop on any changes or updates. In the end the total came in below the bid and we were happily surprised. We will use Bear as our permanent go to plumber. John is admirable and ultra professional.
