Beatriz’s cleaning did a wonderful job! The property was spotless, and the service was a great value. We have our properties professionally cleaned between tenants, and this was the best cleaning we’ve had so far. We’ll definitely use them again. Highly recommend!
She did a great job in our move out clean! Our bathrooms and kitchen have truly never looked better. Would definitely recommend
So incredible and thorough! Loved working with her and will plan to again in the future.
I was delighted about the completed work. They were communicative and nice. I will definitely book again!!
She was very quick with responses. The work done was immaculate didn’t miss any details. I would use her cleaning service again in a heartbeat. We needed the job done within one day and were able to book last minute with no problem.
Attended in time and did a great job of cleaning up.
Booked for move out apartment cleaning. originally scheduled for 7/18 I booked a couple weeks in advance. Paid my deposit. Day of we had to push the time back which I was okay with, then was asked if we could reschedule to the next day 07/19 at 8am (the day I had to be out of apartment) 8:07 came and they ended up at a location 2 hours away. Again I understand things happen but it was a learning experience. Be more organized. I did get my deposit back which was nice.
They did my move out cleaning for my apartment and did a great job. It didn’t take long and smelled great when you walked in.
She completely missed the breakfast room, and baseboards were not cleaned, cabinets outside and inside of kitchen cabinets were still sticky. For a move out job I do not recommend her at all. She was supposed to come at 9:30am and canceled to move to 3pm, I could not overlook her cleaning at 3pm I was only available at 9:30am, but to leave the house with a room missed and cabinets sticky is unacceptable for a job I paid $334.00 for. Even if I was there I would have assumed such basics were done. Rest of the house was done well but for the price it left me having to clean again and that is not ok. Don’t know if photos show, there is still sticky dirty stuff on the breakfast floor tiles, and pet hair and dust on baseboards. I want to attach a photo of how dirty the wipes were after I cleaned the cabinets and drawers but adding photos option won’t let me add more. I gave her the option to come and do the breakfast room and baseboards or return $20. She did neither.
They did an amazing job! Hired Beatriz Cleaning twice and was thrilled with their work. Thank you iris!
They can start by ACTUALLY CLEANING! Not to mention that they STOLE things from my home. They also did a no-show when they were supposed to come back to clean what they left DIRTY! DO NOT HIRE THESE LYING, STEALING PEOPLE!!
I hired them to clean and empty apartment in my building so that I can show it to new possible tenants they an amazing job. Definitely would recommend
