they would schedule themselves and do as they pleased. every single time i would have to call and re-schedule and the gal was always rude. i want the inside sprayed every time and i want to be home, that's not a lot to ask. if a spider bite put you in the hospital, like it did me, you wouldn't question my preference. their spraying was fine, i did have a reduction in the amount of spiders. getting them there on my time and not theirs was a run-around.

Did the termite treatment job and timely but had to insist on a written quote prior to job. They don't normally do this. He did comply with request and was otherwise honest and professional. Treatment worker noticed prior apparent termite work but we have no idea on when since we are new owners.
I called to cancel, but they still came out at no charge and have me some valuable advice.

The guy arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. I got an indoor treatment and he assured me that it would not be harmful to my cat. He was professional and knowledgeable, and I was very happy with what I got.

Beeline Pest Control did not follow up and does not respond. They did not/were not able to resolve my pest problem.
This is the only company you should use.I had them remove a nest from my car hood. They don't complain about the size of the job like some of these other places. Great price and I didnt have to go anywhere near that nonsense nest. Thank God. Thanks guys on speed dial.

Scheduling was a breeze and the e-reminders for our appointment were great. The technician, Casey, was very nice and laid back. He quickly took care of our issue and answered all of our questions.
They were very prompt. They explained what they were doing. They did not push the quarterly commitment as very other company that I spoke with did.
