I never harassed y’all. I said I don’t want cigarette smoke when I’m doing the Music video cause I have asthma.
They are no good when you talk to them about a Music video after that they block you from chatting with him I would never do business with them after doing that there are no good people be aware of these people they might steal your money.
Tom the client success manager and Nafisa the COO were very responsive and respectful. I really like Tom because he was very understanding with the needs of the customer. He will go above and beyond, I like his professionalism and he is very courteous. I ended up not hiring them but I would have if the situation were different. I would hire them in the future because I trusted Tom.
Although I did not get to work with Beige Video & Photo on a shoot, communicating with Alec was a great experience. He was knowledgable, responded swiftly, and open with communication. Hoping to work with them on a future project.
Our experience with Beige was amazing from beginning to the end. They were fantastic with their communication, pricing, and sent professional crew members who handled our project exactly how we had hoped. They will be the ONLY group we use from now on!
Highly recommend this Beige Video for the initial quote process, although we did end up going with another company due to price and stylistic reasons. Fernanda was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. We received a clear, detailed quote very quickly. Their customer service was truly top-notch. Although I ultimately went with another company for my project, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend reaching out to Fernanda for a quote!

I contacted this company and the owner said to send my script there. I called twice and they can not get back to me. What game is going on????
They did an awful job. provided a video with no sound from funeral. Avoid if you can
Kawser was very responsive and attentive to our request. We ended up forgoing videography for other reasons but we regret not being able to work with him. He was every helpful in discussing plans with us and very quick to respond to our inquiry
It was fantastic they were a pleasure to work with. Michael Odom did a phenomenal job. I would definitely recommend to others. The production team was great to work with in answering our questions and responding quickly. During our ceremony, Michael gave direction for our guests and enjoyed that a bilingual photographer was available. We can't wait to see our finished product.
I would never hire Beige Video LA. I hired them to photograph my 50th/my sons High School graduation party. I explained to them I really wanted nice family photos. My dad has Alzheimer’s and I don’t know when he won’t remember me anymore. I wanted to capture the memories without worrying about doing it myself. I was told the photographer would show up at 5:30, he didn’t show up until a little after 6. He did not give any direction just snapped pictures. He left and we didn’t even know he didn’t say anything. Fast forward to the edited photos none of my family picture were good. No one smiling except me. One of the pictures you can barely see my father in law. Another edited picture there was a red light on my cousins face. They edited a picture of my mother in law taking a picture. We hired them for 3 hours for 800 dollars. When I voiced my disappointment in the pictures I was told there would be a meeting. They held the meeting an hour prior to when we were supposed to meet because Val in the resolution department got the time zone wrong. They offered me a photo shoot valued at 500 dollars. My dad who has Alzheimer’s lives in Florida and my in laws live in Arkansas. We can’t capture those pictures or memories again, it’s impossible. I asked for a refund and was told they do not do refunds. I told Val these picture are worthless, I cannot use any family photos they are awful. They offered only 25% refund back. 200 dollars back for a service they did not produce. I don’t want anyone else to have to go through what I have just been through with them. Again I hired them to capture memories I can never get back, I don’t know when my dad won’t even recognize us anymore. All they care about is making money at any cost. I have posted some of the “so called” edited pictures below.
Although we didn’t get to work with this pro he was willing to wait while my fiancé and I made a final decision to who to work with.
The videographer came late and missed the ENTIRE ceremony. We have no video of the vows. When he came he set up somewhere in the back, not even ASKING. The worst experience ever. The owners don't do the work, they outsource this.
Beige Video LA were amazing to work with from beginning to end. Professional team including producers/videographers who will blow your socks off. Highly recommend
