I was very disappointed with this service for my event in Boston. I did not receive my videographer’s contact information, even up until the minute they were scheduled to arrive. I reached out several times requesting the information but received no response. The videographer ultimately arrived late and at the wrong location. At that point, I had no choice but to cancel on the spot, as having them set up and begin recording mid-session would have disrupted the event. This was a very frustrating experience, particularly given the lack of communication and coordination. Unfortunately, I will not be using this service again.

I hired Beige Company to record my mother’s funeral service, which was obviously a very important day for our family. Communication leading up to the event was professional, and they were punctual and respectful while on site, which I appreciated. That said, the final video coverage was not quite what I had expected. The recording was done using an iPhone from a mostly fixed position, and I had hoped for a more comprehensive view of the service and room so that key moments and the overall atmosphere were better captured. While the footage does document the service, the production value and perspective were more limited than I anticipated. I share this feedback simply so future clients can be clear about expectations regarding filming style and setup. Overall, I appreciate the effort and professionalism on the day itself, but I would encourage detailed discussion in advance about camera positioning and coverage to ensure it aligns with what you are hoping to receive. UPDATE: Feb. 26, 2026 After posting my original review, I was contacted directly by a customer service representative who took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. They offered a sincere apology and asked thoughtful questions to better understand what went wrong. I genuinely appreciate when a company takes feedback seriously rather than ignoring it. While my initial experience was disappointing, their willingness to reach out, take responsibility, and express a commitment to improving their customer service speaks volumes. Because of that effort and accountability, I am updating my rating by one star. I believe companies that make a real attempt to “make it better” deserve to have that recognized.

I’m very happy with the work of Beige Media on my wedding day. The pictures are a dream come true. They ask you a lot of questions to capture exactly what you want and capture your vision. I would hire them again for a future photography project. I highly recommend them.

They responded very quickly. The people they sent to the event were professional and knew what shots to get. Gave good time estimate for when pictures/video would be received. Still waiting on the actual final product but I know when I will receive it by. On event day and leading up to it they were awesome

The people I worked with was very kind and responsive. My issue sadly was that I feel the amount I paid 750 dollars for videos that didn’t reach that amount of quality for the money I paid for. I feel in a way that the video they showed me was so nice of example videos they had made and I was expecting that level of work and I unfortunately felt like I didn’t receive it in those videos I paid for. Overall nice people but I for sure got overcharged and could have found other people who made the type of videos for what I was looking for way less money and better results.

Our experience with Beige Photography was a total & complete nightmare. We picked them on May 2024 for our 2 wedding program events for October 2024. Kawser Khan, the CEO kept pestering us for the security deposit initially, & even told us on a video call when we first met him on a group call that "I would never do my people dirty" in reference to him & us being Bangladeshi American, & that he promised he wouldn't do us wrong as fellow Bangladeshis. If I had a choice I would give ZERO stars, 1 is being too generous. This was NOT worth it after so many pre-production meetings with these guys, we came prepared with all the questions, & spent so much money as well. THERE WERE SEVERAL BREACHES FROM THE CONTRACT FROM THESE GUYS, WHICH I WILL LIST BELOW ONE AFTER ANOTHER: A list of issues we had with Beige Photography: - They didn't use a wide lens on the camera when many people got cut off? So many pictures & people were cropped out & I will list the examples on this review. - They didn't bring the professional lighting when it was promised on our contract. When we questioned the photographers about it, they said they had no idea & to ask Kawser (how can we do this on the day of our events...???) There was a miscommunication with the photographers on bringing the lighting when we emphasized it being there for the wedding. - Many pictures came out light, & many came out dark. So many pictures came out blurry as well. It's so inconsistent & bad. - The videos also turn out so dull & unclear. In the quality & the filter. The editing of the video could have been much better. It could've been similar to the sample videos of what we shared from YouTube that we sent them. Just to be clear, we sent several samples of other people's wedding videos from YouTube to show them we want it to look like what we expected. - They didn't use the cameras listed on the contract. - They didn't share all the pictures after our programs were done as promised, we had to ask via email to get more pictures. - The photographers didn't seem professional as we have footage from a friend who attended our wedding of Irka (the photographer's name) not knowing how to use a camera, or hold a camera & used a backup camera. They seemed really lost. - The Table Centerpiece, Guestbook & a lot of the Decorations photos were missing. They missed out on a lot of the details that go into account on capturing the wedding. Even our own friends who attended our wedding took those pictures, but the so-called "professionals" didn't do that. - The photos of many important rituals & ceremonies in our culture were not captured, or were very poorly captured. - The way they sent us all the Raw Photos were so disorganized. The order were all the Holud pictures, Reception, then more Holud pictures again. That we had to spend over 6 hours on a Sunday to download all the pictures, & then organize them ourselves in 2 different events (Holud & Reception). - Our big days are never coming back. They didn't have the courtesy, empathy, or understanding on what we went through. The only "compensation" they offered were for many "re-edits" on already bad & cropped out pictures with no lighting & low quality.

After receiving a quote of $1000 for a simple lyric video project, which involved just adding lyrics to a single photo I decided to pass on moving forward. During our initial discussions, there were significant claims of expertise and knowledge in video production. However, the high quote for such a straightforward task raised concerns for me about the value offered. It became evident that there might be a discrepancy between the professed skills and the understanding required for any projects need.
