Reviews
If you are considering videography services for a special or important event of any kind, I highly DO NOT recommend booking Beige Corporation. I booked Beige Corporation in February 2024 for my dance studio’s recital that took place in June 2024, with the goal of seeking a high quality product for the families of my dance studio. Unfortunately, the videographer provided by Beige Corporation failed to adequately record the recital, providing only shaky snippets that captured roughly one-fourth of the full show. In addition to failure to meet their contractual obligations, the quality of the only product they produced was severely lacking. Specifically, the following reasons are why I highly DO NOT recommend booking Beige Corporation: 1. The Videographer that was assigned to our Project was late. I provided Beige Corporation with a production timeline, which instructed the videographer to be present at least 20 minutes ahead of our show start to set up equipment. The videographer did not arrive until 3 minutes ahead of our scheduled start. This caused us to delay the start of our production. 2. The Videographer that was assigned to our Project was seemingly unaware of the details of our Project. Despite having filled out an online form to detail our expectations for the Project, and having communicated those expectations to our Project Manager, the videographer was still asking questions about the intended structure of the recording to be done. My Business Manager repeated the instructions provided previously: that we wanted a wide-angle capture of the stage with no zooming or panning. 3. The Videographer that was assigned to our Project failed to film the show in its entirety. The raw footage delivered did not match my expectations for capture of the show. There was no continuous capture of the production, only several short, blurry snippets of individual dances. These snippets totaled less than 32 minutes in length, meaning my 2+ hour production was not fully captured. 4. Beige Corporation failed to provide status as they investigated the missing video. When I notified the representative from Beige Corporation that I thought a file may be missing, I asked for a daily status update, even if there were no changes from the previous day. Beige Corporation agreed to provide a daily status update, but they failed to provide any such update. 5. Beige Corporation failed to provide a final product of what they did capture. My contract with Beige Corporation guaranteed an “Edited Video (up to 130 minutes)” in addition to all raw footage. At no point has Beige Corporation attempted to provide me with an Edited Video, even from the short, shaky snippets of raw footage that were recorded. 6. Beige Corporation has ghosted me. When it became clear that Beige Corporation had failed to record the show in its entirety, and that they were not going to follow through on their contractual obligations, I requested a refund on the amounts paid for the Services they failed to deliver. I did not receive a response for 8 weeks. I then provided the content of this review alongside my intent to publish it online, and immediately received a response and an offer for a 50% refund, with provisions prohibiting my posting of this review. I did not accept. If you do decide to use Beige Corporation for your video production, I recommend doing the following: 1. Negotiate a payment schedule that ensures delivery of your product. We paid Beige Corporation up-front, and have been unable to recover any of the funds. Protect yourself by negotiating payment ONLY after they have delivered your Project. 2. Request proof of registration in the state where you conduct business. We attempted to initiate legal proceedings against Beige Corporation, but we were unable to identify their registration in our state, and were therefore unable to serve them court documents. Protect yourself by obtaining their proof of registration in your state up front, including documentation on their registered agent.
Decided to hire a friend of the family but this company has good prices and excellent customer service
Great provider.
Our interaction with Beige Video & Photography was very professional. Their responsiveness was quick and they answered all of our questions. The proposal detailed all resources and the plan for our wedding day, and included several edited shots at a good price point!
Ethan at Beige Media reached out with a phone call, text, and invoice within a few minutes of posting the job. Really appreciate the speed and professionalism.
