They never provided photographer told me that could not furnish photographer due to fire which was very serious in the end the event never happened due to natural fire disaster and today they still refuse to return my deposit they have strung me along since July 3rd on this subject and continue I would never recommend a company of such poor integrity and plan to file to consumer protection attorney general and bbb of California per their refusal to release and return deposit money … I would advise thumbtack to delist them and for any consumer to stay far away from this company and their lack of client support

I am beyond impressed! This organization is made up of experienced experts with excellent and professional communication and talent. I always felt heard and listened to. The employees are kind and they are determined your happiness is their ultimate goal. Thank you for sharing your skills and for capturing these memories.
This company is not local. They are probably outside the US. They hire local people and rob them blind. I had to cancel the job and they refused to give my money back. Not only that they were aggressively trying to get me to pay for the whole job upfront with out any guarantees. They are pirates and I suggest you steer clear of these unethical people!
Beige delivered fantastically. The videographer and photographer had a great eye. They captured the most beautiful moments. They didn't miss anything. My highlight video was just what I needed. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
They responded on short order to record a funeral mass for our family. They worked with me to keep the quote within my budget. Upon my request they provided a basic sync of the several raw files they created then some slight additional edits at no extra charge.
Great experience with the logistics and creative team. Very satisfied.
Even though, I didn’t hire Beige, they were very responsive and I would hire them in three future
We were very pleased with Kawser’s very prompt response to us as we were coordinating plans to have our daughters wedding video taped. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful and professional. We definitely Would highly recommend Kawser for all you videography needs.
Thank you so much for your responsiveness, your quickness with the quote and most of all, how you worked out the package for us based on what I have explained. Well good on to you for future reference(s). Thank you!!
I didn't get a chance to use Beige Video, because we found a family friend who could take pics. But the communication and response w/Sri was on point! Will def consider them for my next party!
