The administration team was very good. The actual videographer was mediocre. Videographer did not attend the pre-event meeting and at event videographer adviced to ignore everything discussed during the meeting and to do everything spontaneously. He forgot to record a few times and was not giving any instructions or advice on special moments to record like cutting the cake. I was not happy and it was very pricy.

My husband and I hired this business BEIGE Video to capture our wedding on 3/22/25 the coverage was not done in a professional manner. I had a select things that I needed. We went over what we needed captured before hand. The photographer spent a lot of time recording the reception area that was not included in our list. I got minimal shots of me getting ready. Our video of our wedding was shaky. He filmed a lot of the audience while we said our VOWS. He moved the focus of the camera in and out while filming. 90 percent of our video is filled with wonderful sounds. Lastly we are in May and still haven’t retrieved our footage due to download issues. Management of lost production is horrible! Please seek out throughly other businesses, ask family, friends who have used videographers first please!!!! So heartbroken and disappointed! I asked about a refund and I was ignored!

I received a response within an hour or so. Pricing was very reasonable and they were willing to be flexible with the wedding day schedule (large gap btw ceremony and reception). I would recommend based on the experience that I did have.
