Reviews
We hired them for our Engagement party, and their quality was just awful. Even though they wanted full payment months in advance, we didn't hear from our photographer nor videographer till the day before, despite multiple requests to speak with them ahead of time. Most of the video they took came out blurry and unfocused, and the photos they took were all dark. Our guests iphone's had shot better footage than what they had used. Their editing team took ages to get us anything, and even then they sent us poor quality content with no regret or accountability from their end. It looked like we were watching a home video from 2000. As a result, we had to forgo all the good content and highlights that we were looking forward to sharing and watching. Thankfully we didn't use them for our wedding, but please learn from us and invest in good quality photography and video, unless you want months of effort & planning go to waste.
We were overwhelmed looking for a photographer and Beige responded immediately and set up a time to get to know our needs that worked with our schedule. We ended up going with another option, but I have nothing but positive feedback from this experience.
The freelancers they sourced for my project didn't listen to my client's directions, didn't capture enough content or provide the equipment outlined in the invoice, and swapped the freelancers assigned to my project one day before the actual shoot date. The delivered photo, and especially video, were not professional quality and barely usable. Overall, very disappointing experience.
Beige Production is the right way to go. I had a great time working with them. They are very professional in their services. Their prices are affordable and do a good quality job. Maggie and Kwaser were great. I will definitely be returning for another video shoot. Kudos to y'all!
Kawser was great on following through and asked clarifying questions to understand the need. He explained the different options and shared sample prior work. Although it did not work out this time, I look forward to engaging them for future events.
Very responsive to our needs
