I would never use this company for any services to start. After receiving my payment in full up from there was little no contact to set up a time to discuss what content I wanted until I had to repeatedly call and email to set up a time. Every time I did call, it was always a different person that seemed to have no idea who I was either. There was also zero communication to set a time to discuss how I wanted my video edited. They edited my video which seemed as though a high school student did it. I paid $800 for a one minute video that should only cost $500. I did this on purpose so I could get the attention and expertise they claim they have with video and audio editing. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
