Reviews
Hard to rate a company you didn't use. That said they were responsive and professional.
Beige hires local folks in various cities to do one-off jobs so there is no real quality control. The videographer showed up, very young, perhaps just out of highschool, with just a video camera. There was no tripod, microphones, etc. The footage was extremely shaky from trying to hold the camera straight, the audio is very poor, and the lighting changes throughout the footage. We asked for the raw footage to be uploaded 48 hours after the event so we could use it on social but it took 4 days rendering all of the "we're live!" footage, unusable. We are still in the process of getting the footage edited. Our company name is still incorrect on the on-screen text... I've been hiring videographers for these tradeshows for years. They were more expensive than I usually pay, but they sold me with great examples of their work. Don't be fooled. The examples are not from the videographers you will likely receive.
Great company to work with! Provide exceptional work and customer service. They exceeded all expectations on all fronts!
He was very with all of us. He had a very calming effect. Felt very thankful for his presence. Thank you
Great at getting me the info I needed.
Super responsive and very reasonable pricing!
Although I did not end up working with Beige, I had such a wonderful interaction and consultation with them. They were professional, had an extremely quick response, and answered all my questions! Their work speaks for itself! I look forward to working with them in the future!
While we didn't end up using Beige Video as our creative director ended up locking in the videographer, I can speak to the professional and quick responses and follow up by Kawser. Thank you!!
Professional approach. Swift and comprehensive response.
