I shopped around for a service for my 3 story home to be cleaned top to bottom for a house showing . They came in a team of 3 people and all their own supplies . My oven has never been so clean ! They did an excellent job on my floors , kitchen is gleaming and my basement that really needed it . They even did the inside of my windows and windowsills . I was very happy , the price was very reasonable and I’ll definitely be using them again .

Amazing! They did the best work they could do and were quick and great communication as well. Highly recommend
Bella’s team did an absolutely fantastic job on my home! Very timely and affordable for the spectacular work, I’d definitely hire them again.
Great team, came in and quickly cleaned the house. Extremely satisfied with the attention to detail and service!
I had an overall mixed experience with this cleaning company. On the positive side, they were punctual and professional, which I really appreciated. The team was courteous and easy to communicate with throughout the appointment. However, I did request and pay for a deep cleaning service, and what was completed felt more like a standard cleaning. There were several items on the checklist they provided that were not fully addressed. Before they left, I had to point out a few areas where dust and cobwebs were still visible, they did take care of those after I mentioned it. Nevertheless, after I did a deeper inspection of the apartment there were places they did not clean. I think they have a solid foundation with their professionalism and timeliness, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to delivering the level of service that’s promised, especially for a deep clean. Maybe not rush the process and take the time to provide everything they offered. Overall price wasn’t bad. To me first impression counts, don’t see myself hiring again.
They did an excellent job at last minute. I will recommend them to my circle of friends and family. And the small finishing touch made it extra special.❤️
Bella’s team did an amazing job! They were punctual, very polite and gave me the best deep cleaning my apartment has ever seen. I already made an appointment for a standard cleaning two weeks later and plan on doing it regularly. VERY happy with the job they did!
Their profile states they do a DEEP and STANDARD cleaning. I booked for a DEEP clean. They left stains on my couch which could have been wiped off with a damp rug. They did not clean the litter box or the small wall by it. They left the counter in the kitchen cluttered. I still have dirty dishes in my sink. NONE of the closets were clean. When I pointed out these issues they told me that they don’t do dishes. HOW DO YOU DEEP CLEAN WITHOUT DOING DISHES?!?! At the very least this should have been communicated BEFOREHAND and their profile states that pets are their specialty YET I was told AFTERWARDS that they don’t do litter boxes. The couch could have been wiped off with a damp rug and the closets only needed to be straightened up. You can’t even mop or sweep the closets WITHOUT moving the stuff out of the way. If you want an overpriced basic cleaning then this company is for you but if you want a true professional clean look elsewhere. I will not be booking them again.
We are thankful for Giovana and team for coming in today. The house smelled clean as I stepped inside. I left to do groceries so I would be out of their way. They did an awesome job in the kitchen (stove and fridge was cleaned also), floors, tables, etc. were cleaned in detail. The master bathroom needed a lot of help and it looks clean and better than it has been! The guest bathroom as well looks great. We are just happy we picked Bella’s house cleaning to help us. Thank you and we will book again next month!
This was by far the worst my oven was not clean and my floors was sticky. They did not dust the house.
