About Bellavi Build
Hi, I’m Primitivo—but everyone calls me Primo. With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, I’ve built my career on quality craftsmanship, honesty, and treating every project as if it were my own home. Before starting my own business in 2020, I worked as a project manager on large commercial and industrial construction projects, where I learned the importance of communication, attention to detail, and getting the job done right. Today, my team and I specialize in everything from full remodels and custom carpentry to flooring, tile, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and landscaping. I like to tell my clients, “If you can dream it, I can build it.” Whether it’s a small repair or a complete transformation, I’m committed to delivering work that exceeds expectations. As a husband and father of four amazing kids, I understand how important your home is. It’s more than just a house—it’s where your family makes memories. That’s why I treat every home with the same care, respect, and attention I would want for my own. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, hiking, biking, cooking, or baking. Building things has always been my passion, and I genuinely enjoy helping families create spaces they love. I look forward to earning your trust and bringing your vision to life.
Reviews
Indoor paint job was exceptional! Primitivo and his team made the living area bright and transformed a once dark and dull living room and kitchen. He made minor suggestions that I would never have thought of and positively changed my experience with a contractor. Thanks again!
Amazing service! Very professional, punctual, QUALITY WORK! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a contractor! I would 100% recommend this company.
Same day visit to quote the work we needed for our door. We will absolutely use him for any future needs
They did awesome work, and quickly too! Primo really knows his work, the paint job was magnificent, I would definitely hire them again!!
If you need to hire someone, this is the person to do it. Not only will he be on time and flexible, but he will also make sure you are satisfied with the work he does. They are always nice and polite, so you'll feel good when you work with Primo and his team. I wish I had known this sooner; it would have changed how I dealt with builders in general because of it.
I had the pleasure of working with Bellavi, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Not only did he deliver exceptional work, but he also took the time to walk me through the process in fine detail. His friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable, and I even learned a lot along the way. I highly recommend Bellavi for his professionalism, expertise, and the extra effort he puts into client communication.
Primativo and Oscar were the best. Very punctual and very good at communication all the way through the project. Primativo's work ethic and professionalism is top notch. He loves what he does and it shows. He's not happy unless you're happy with your project. As he told me, "if you can imagine it, he can build it". Will definitely hire again for future projects no matter what the home project is.
I hired Bellavi Build for a bathroom remodel. Primitivo made this whole process so smooth and painless. His construction skills are amazing and he was very helpful with minor changes to the design along the way. This Company is very reliable, always showed up when they said they were going to and on time. It is very hard to find a Contractor that follows through with all of their promises. His knowledge of all things construction was inspiring and comforting. I will hire Bellavi Build for any future projects that I need. Please do not hesitate to hire Primitivo, you will be glad you did.
Great customer service, personable, fair, quality end results, recommend and would use again
