When problems came up with the architect's plans, Narsay caught them and worked directly with the architects to fix them before they became bigger issues. Later, when we ran into some trouble with the inspector, Narsay advocated on our behalf, stood behind his work, and worked things out with the inspector. It meant a lot to have someone in our corner who cared about getting it right, not just getting it done. Remodeling can be stressful, but Bello Construction made us feel supported every step of the way. They have become our lifetime go-to contractor, and we'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Narsay and Sami at Bello Construction were absolutely incredible to work with. They were understanding, worked timely, and the value of there work was top notch. Both of them were super personable and easy to work with. We added 650 square feet to our home (2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room) and it turned out perfect. We would highly recommend (and already have) them to anybody looking for remodel/addition work.
Narsay of Venus Homes went above and beyond when it came to my parents Master Bath remodel. He was super responsive. Always texts back. Work came out amazing! The old 1995 bathroom had to go! This all started because of a leak at the faucet. Narsay went out of his way to pick up materials for my elderly parents. I highly recommend Venus Homes for your bathroom remodel! Simply put, Venus Homes is fantastic. I bought this house knowing it would need to be fully gutted and remodeled. First, I wanted to remove just the one wall to create an open floor plan, but Narsay recommended we remove another one in the living space to make it even more open. We then expanded the master bathroom into the backyard storage room AND added an additional bedroom/bathroom in the back making it a 4 bedroom/3 bath house. The master bathroom is absolutely majestic, it was designed by Sami who was able to fit in a jetted tub and a 7’ shower that my fiancé wanted. The entire house’s plumbing, electrical, and HVAC were re-done and we added another HVAC unit in the back portion of the house. The kitchen was moved and expanded, Narsay connected us with his designer and we worked with him until it was perfect with all the bells and whistles. Narsay guided us throughout the project and we kept making changes that he recommended in order to have a much nicer layout. The project took about 3 months from start to finish and we couldn’t be happier at how quickly everything got done. The budget was spot on except for the changes we made and Narsay and his dad were so patient with us when we kept changing our minds about finishing. They are truly an awesome team and Narsay was available anytime I texted him. Once our house was done, we decided to re-finance and the appraisal came back showing we literally made money from this remodel. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing company and would give them 10 stars if possible!!!

We needed to expand our half-bath into a full bath in a limited amount of time - one week. Narsay was able to help us plan the project and he was able to deliver on time and right on budget. A couple of surprises emerged and were easily and fairly resolved early on in the project with Narsay. We are extremely pleased with the final result and the relationship with Narsay. He will be the first we contact in our future projects at the house.
Going through an entire interior renovation can be daunting… I started from scratch trying to identify the space plan for my home and hired an architect thinking this was required for my expansion. He helped me obtain several quotes from local contractors. After several visits outlining my vision, I selected Venus Home as they were one of the ~5-6 candidates. From a cost perspective, they were middle of the road; some contractors were less expensive but I felt more comfortable with their experience and overall knowledge they exuded. 😊 Another thing that resonated with me was that this was a Father & Son local business. I always enjoy when I can support our local businesses and the family connection really made this company extra special. I connected with them not only a professional level but personal level as they were very personable and friendly. From start to finish of the project, they displayed nothing more than professionalism and quick response anytime something came up or issue needed resolution. Even in cases where there were questions on prices and/or implementation details, it was very easy to work with them and they were always extremely reasonable in the solution. Also, the time table for completion was communicated clearly and they delivered as committed. I had other experiences with stores in which I purchased materials from and learned how unreliable deliveries and people that work in this business can be! The team at Venus Homes did excellent work from start to finish. We interviewed multiple companies for our vinyl flooring job. Narsay did a quality job listening and understanding the needs of the job while being able to foresee potential challenges. Narsay set realistic expectations regarding the time needed to complete the job. Before, during and after Narsay and teams communication was spot on. The end product turned out great and we couldn’t be more happy with the way our floors turned out.
