Ben never responded after my first inquiry as to whether he would take the job or not. 4 days later I am still waiting... not very professional. Update: found out all his tools were stolen and he was in a mess trying to file an insurance claim and not having any tools to work.

Ben tiled our newly renovated bathroom and we were very pleased with his work. He did a great job, especially detailing around the niche and window. He was very thorough, detail oriented and kept the space very clean. One thing I appreciated most is that he always showed up right on time, and even early a few times, but only after first confirming with us. We’d hire Ben again and would recommend him to others. Overall, a great experience and glad we hired Ben.

Ben was able to tackle my job asap when I had been ghosted by or quoted an absorbent price for a small half bath to be tiled. Already booked again for another project!
Ben was very quick to respond and was punctual and professional. He grouted our shower floor. It is somewhat uneven in places, although to his credit he was working with a pebble floor which is tough to grout. With regular tile grout I’m sure it would be perfect. I will hire Ben again.
