Very honest! Came out for an estimate/assessment and recommended DIY solution instead because it would cost more if he did the job.

About Benchmark Wildlife
After nearly a decade of experience in the industry, we noticed a trend: many wildlife removal services are highly sales-driven, with companies often recommending additional services that may not always be necessary and completing work at a pace that prioritizes company productivity over precision, impacting the quality and cleanliness of the exclusion work provided. After years of recognizing the need for a better approach in the industry, we set out to make a difference, and Benchmark Wildlife, was born. As the cost of everyday living continues to rise, we approach every job with understanding and integrity, focusing only on what is actually necessary to resolve your issues. The goal is simple: to create a service plan around your needs that removes unwanted wildlife from your home or business, from full repairs, modifications and exclusions on the structure all the way to basic exclusion work to avoid the contribution of the pressure of unnecessary year contract services or added costs of long term maintenance. At Benchmark Wildlife, we understand that your home and business is an investment. We take pride in delivering professional high-quality work, and approaching every job with precision and attention to detail. Our goal is to leave your home as seamless and presentable as possible after any level of exclusion work is completed. Family-owned and operated, Benchmark Wildlife specializes in wildlife removal and prevention services for both residential and commercial properties. Using structural repair, wildlife knowledge and eco-friendly methods, we combine our years of industry experience, and certifications to deliver thorough inspections and develop effective solutions for you to keep your home or business animal free - giving you peace of mind knowing it's taken care of not temporarily done. Benchmark Wildlife is insured and a proud member of NWCOA with Target-Animal Standard Certifications with specialization in Structural Exclusions and Repair.
Reviews
Reid was very helpful with solving the issue, professional behaviour and equipment was adequate for the job, he kept constant communication with me about how the process was going.
excellent outcome, getting rid of the opossum in my garage.
Can't say enough nice things about Reid. Super professional, very thorough, and really cares about taking care of you. This is the man and company you need to go to for any of your rodent and animal removal needs!
helped with removal of a skunk. very responsive and prompt along with great service! will be using them again if needed!
Very professional and true to his word. Took the time to go through everything and break it down. No pressure to hire immediately after inspection and very friendly. Highly recommend will be hiring for this project.
Efficient removal of raccoons and fixing of point of attic entry
Excellent, prompt, professional and thorough service. Reid explained everything to the letter, offered options and performed as promised. Pricing is very competitive.
Reid was the 4th wildlife control company who came out to assess a problem we're having with a dead animal under the house and he was by far the most professional and thorough. He is the only one who truly did everything he could to address the issue, the only one who showed up prepared with the necessary tools, and the only one to give us a detailed explanation of what we're dealing with. Then, when he provided the quote for exclusion service, it was very detailed and specific to our home vs the other companies who provided generic copy & paste quotes that have nothing to do with what we're dealing with. 100% Benchmark is the pro to hire!!!!!!!
Benchmark Wildlife provided friendly, prompt, quality service for a reasonable price. Trustworthy and caring. I highly recommend this company.
I'm very pleased with Reid and his professionalism. After hearing signs of a critter (raccoon) in my attic, Reid set traps, fixed the entry points on my roof, and sanitized my attic. I no longer hear any scratching. He did not try to upsell me on things that were not needed and I have a 2 year warranty. Also, his prices are reasonable and the quality of his work was great.
Reid was GREAT! He listened to what I needed and didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need or ask for. I will definitely reach out to Benchmark if the need arises in the future. Thanks Reid!
Went above and beyond to get the work done and went above my expectations
