Improving communication skills is definitely needed. Even if an inquiry is acknowledged, there's no guarantee of receiving follow-up messages after a couple of email exchanges. No response to my questions once he decides i am not a good fit i guess.

Reviews
Great experience overall on everything. Was very communicative and was very patient on designing exactly what we wanted. Gave great design feedback. Highly recommend!
Working with Zack was a dream! He made the most beautiful benches for us using my great grandpa’s barn wood and beautiful white oak! He is so good at what he does! He was so easy to communicate with! We are looking around the house to see what else we could have him build for us - can’t wait to work with him again!
Zach crafted a media center and shelving unit for our TV systems. The quality is superb and the appearance transforms our living space. We were thrilled with the results and will contact Benedict Woodworking for any other custom carpentry needs in our home.
I hired Zack to build, assemble, and install a full-sized Murphy bed. Photo attached. He was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. I wanted to turn my son's old room into my office, but wanted the bed for the extra sleeping room. I just wanted a very simple cabinet for the bed, and he built exactly what I asked of him. I am happy with the cabinet and his very reasonable price.
What can I say Zack and Marcos were wonderful to work with. They communicated with me the entire process of the my base boards and molding change. They were about to maneuver all my furniture to get the job done. I'm so happy. Thanks, so much😊
Zach was detail oriented, worked efficiently neatly, and surpassed my expectations. I will definitely hire him again for other projects.
A true craftsman. He took out some termite damaged word from a mesquite banco we had and replaced it, matching the color and texture. Looks like new. Good choice and will use him again.
Zack did a great job on the window bench he built. I would hire him again. Thank you!
Paint job was not finished in a timely manner. Made a mess of my new floors and cabinets. Paint wasn’t applied evenly and there are streaks of old color showing through. Plenty of spaces that weren’t even painted because they were “hidden” and so painter cut corners.
