He didn’t want to schedule a time in advance since we were having a lot of rain days. I was hoping to schedule something so I could make sure I was home. He did say when I asked him if he could come on a specific day that he would let me know and then he sent a text on that day that they were on their way. I was hoping for a commitment for that day. I understand that he might have to reschedule due to weather but I could at least make plans accordingly.

Highly recommend for gutter repairs. I had a leak in a corner gutter due to seal failure, and this company removed the old sealant and replaced with high quality sealant. He also provided before and after photos so I could see the work was complete.

I’ll admit it. We had a gutter situation. One of our gutters had decided to take up free-lance work, waving in the wind like it was auditioning for a role in a home improvement commercial. “Oh, hey~ do you remember how much you enjoy home ownership chores?” it seemed to ask, dramatically swaying back and forth. Now, living in a two-story house, I started sweating bullets. I knew what was coming next. My husband would decide he could fix it. No. Nope. Not happening. We’ve been down that road before. Home improvement projects and my husband don’t mix. I pictured a wobbly ladder, awkward balancing, and the inevitable “maybe I’ll just… fix it next weekend” speech. Received awesome service from Benjamin and his crew. Only needed gutters installed on my patio cover in the backyard. From helping select the color for the gutters and sending someone out to do it Benjamin was very communicative and courteous. The cost was also reasonable compared to other gutter installers. The installer Rosaldo was really nice and did a great job. I would highly recommend Benjamin and his crew. My Patio looks dirty but the gutters look great! 😄

Price and work quality is top notch. This review would be 5 stars if not having to deal with the owners lack of customer service. If you want a job done right make sure Benjamin is responsive and takes care of your complaints. I had 8 newly installed downspouts of which 5 had noticeable dents and only 4 were replaced by his crew. I asked him to confirm all 5 were replaced and to send an invoice. After multiple calls and texts he responded. Look to be fair, it would have been nice if he would review the work his crew completed and could clearly see if the downspouts were properly replaced and if trash/waste was picked up by his crew versus Benjamin saying I’m too picky and that picky customers can be “gordos” which means fat in Spanish.

From start to finish Mr. Carrillo was always available. That for me is a major plus..He took the time to match the colors to the house and even gave his recommendation for the best look. I have a two tone house so it took two colors to complete the best look for our home. His workers were all mannerable and very quiet while performing there jobs. I shopped around and read reviews from a lot of companies and I must say that I'm very happy I chose this company to do the work... The icing on the cake.....5yr warrenty... Thank you Mr. Carrillo, you're the best .
Good price and great work!
Mr. Carrillo added gutters to my residence a couple of years ago. Today he cleaned out fall leaves and twigs. He then added gutter screens as requested. He arrived on time, completed job in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him to friends and neighbors.
